Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence or other documentation to process your claim. Verified damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Order Errors
